Technical Manager

Our dynamically growing company is looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Manager to lead our technical organization. The successful candidate will contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement through strong technical expertise and effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic leadership for the technical department.
  
• Lead, develop, motivate and support the technical team.
  
• Plan, monitor and optimize the departmental budget and operational costs.
  
• Initiate, coordinate and implement continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and performance.
  
• Define, monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards and all applicable legal requirements.
  
• Cooperate closely with other departments to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
  

• University degree in Mechatronics Engineering is strongly preferred; however, candidates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering will also be considered.
  
• Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, including proven leadership experience.
  
• Confident command of the English language.
  
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  
• Excellent communication, delegation and decision-making abilities.
  
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  
• Coaching and mentoring mindset with the ability to develop and inspire team members.
  

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  
• Experience with SAP, Power BI or other ERP and reporting systems.
  
• 
  Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
